Report: FinMin to add 1 tln rbl to National Wealth Fund in 2023
MOSCOW, Dec 26 (PRIME) -- The Russian Finance Ministry will fulfill the plan to replenish the National Wealth Fund by 1 trillion rubles until the end of 2023, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov told Rossiya 24 TV channel on Tuesday.
“We plan the National Wealth Fund at 12 trillion rubles at the end of the year, of which the liquid part, as we say, not related to projects, will amount to about 4.7 trillion rubles. In this year's budget, we have taken into account the use of 2.9 trillion rubles of the National Wealth Fund, on the one hand, and on the other hand, we have also taken into account its replenishment for about 1 trillion rubles,” he said.
On average, next year's replenishment will amount to about 500 billion rubles, the minister said. According to the forecast for 2025–2026, the fund will be replenished by about 1.8 trillion rubles, he added.
